New Pi-Star image installed
I flashed an updated image to the microSD card today for the MMDVM device. It h as booted up and I am iteratively going through configuration screens to put my information back on the device. Fingers crossed that this will resolve the problem I had yesterday!
I did finally get a green “DMR Net” light on the Pi-Star dashboard. I can hear stations keying up to check in. I heard one person actually identify by callsign. But nobody is talking so I’m not sure about audio in. I did try to connect to the Parrot but my hotspot is not hearing transmissions from my AnyTone 878 handheld radio.
I have been interested in the natural world since a very early age. My first career as a mining and exploration geologist took me around the world. In 1992, I began to focus on the conservation of natural resources. I enjoy sailing, working with WordPress and Linux, and amateur radio. It probably goes without saying that I also like to travel!
